To anyone needing to sell their home, we would recommend that they contact Adel.  He was able to get a fair price for us in a difficult market and within a reasonable time frame.  When the deal appeared to be lost at one point due to difficulty finding financing for the buyer, he used his knowledge of financial contacts to find a lender.  Adel was always available to answer questions or offer advice throughout the process.  Because of his experience in the business he was able to help us avoid some potential pitfalls that could have had repercussions down the road.
 
Also, before deciding to build a home we had Adel help us search for a relatively new, existing home which would meet our wants and needs.  He was very patient during this process, accommodated our schedule, and showed us a variety of homes in an areas not normally within his "home base".
