1% Rebate on Houses from the Builder
I will rebate you 1% back from my commission if you happen to buy a house from the builder, it does not matter what the builder specials or incentives happen to be at the time.
If you don't have a Realtor simply the builder will keep the commission, if you are accompanied by a Realtor, the Builder Will pay us a commission which from I will rebate you the 1% of the sale price, you can verify this on your own by asking the Builder that you have a Realtor, does it affect the price of the house if you bring him/her on board or not.
This offer applies only if you located the house your self and I have not been working with you or have shown you houses.
